gayahin ko lang si patty... so what am i doing here sa *malamig at madilim* at this time of the day?!

backlogs. follow-ups. updates. reports. at toxic people.

i know this is my wedding blog and not my personal one, but what i just want to tell you guys is that i dont care whatever pressure ang ibigay sakin ni *tutut* at ni *tutut*. basta at the end of the day, when i think about my wedding and him, i feel recharged.

i have spoken with jenny, and one of these days we are going to her tita who makes beautiful wedding gowns. also spoken with macan about the coordinator stuff and such, and im so happy to hear a positive response. and tin will come with me to Divisoria to get some ideas on wedding souvenirs and favors... i have something in mind na, i just need to look for suppliers or whatever that can do that. kung pwede lang ako na din.. hehehe.

we all know na nakaka-excite talaga mag prepare ng sariling wedding. pero nakaka-stress din. i feel like im running out of time to attend to everything. good thing we have friends (as in helpful friends) na nalalapitan. kung wala siguro, naku maiiyak na ko- hahaha! :p

i told mike im thinking of getting Wiseguys as our wedding singers. he said it depends on the budget. i think its not expensive, and he said it's up to me.wow! i like it shempre.

as early as now, im starting to choose na my wedding songs. of course hindi mawawala ang For You, Forever, You're Still The One, All My Life, I Will Be Here at iba pa. isip pa ko ng iba. im sure i can think of a thousand songs. since elementary pa lang yata eh nag-iisip na ko ng songs for my wedding hahaha!. I've always wanted to hear Sing Me Your Song Again, Daddy din sa wedding ko, dedicated for my mother and father.

She... maganda kaya yun playing while i walk down the aisle? hmmm...

wow! wedding gowns...

sometime in april, i was able to see some ready to wear wedding gowns in divisoria. i wanted to check some styles and designs na somehow, shempre affordable. and i tried to look for designers and stores that do customize.

here are some samples id like my wedding gown to be patterned after. not that i am copying their style ha. i just wanted to check if the style i have in mind looks ok when done and worn. most of the pics are lifted from theknot.com. you see, i am more on halter style than tubes. and more on fit and soft fabric. la lang, gusto ko lang maging sexy tignan, hahaha!









this style looks appealing to me though... sexy din na with small sleeves...

mike will be leaving on saturday so im left to decide and to attend to wedding gown selection, wedding rings, invitation, etc...

preparing for the big day

finally... after more than a decade of joys, pains, laughters, tampuhan, asaran... and one major break up. hahaha!

date: march 30, 2007
ceremony: Christ The King (greenmeadows, qc)
reception: Christ The King Parish Hall (tentative, we still have to confirm and check if the venue is big enough for 300- 350 guests!)
motiff: old rose, baby pink & white

the other details i'll try to post when finalized. as of today, we have around 10 months and 10 days to prepare, but more or less we have a whole picture of the event already. we just have to attend to the littlest of those things in our list one by one.

we have a list of attendants already, and we've drafted a list of those we want to share this blissful moment in our life with.
